If it has been more than 48 hours since you sent your order and our confirmation is not in your spam folder, please call us and we will help you immediately.

What is the expected delivery time?

We always try to prepare orders as quickly as possible, but the delivery time always depends on the current order stock. We will let you know the estimated delivery time in the order’s feedback. If your order is urgent, you should contact us by phone or let us know by email and we will find the fastest solution for you.

What delivery methods can I choose from?

Orders can be taken over at our premises or can be delivered to you. We deliver the goods with a transport company and the size of the order is taken into account.

I made a mistake in the order, what can I do?

Contact us as soon as possible. If production has not started, we can cancel your order. With the production already underway, in case of custom-made products we will have to ask for a refund of the costs incurred.
