Extrusion
During production, both the cutting and the drilling of fixing points are automated and performed to the millimetre.
Injection moulding
All elements of the plastic curtain rods and ceiling rails, as well as their accessories, are manufactured with our own 12 injection moulding machines.
Packaging
Our metal curtain rods with diameters of 16, 19 and 25 mm are packed in shrink foil and run through a heat tunnel at our site.
